In this tutorial, we will build a binary classification project that diagnoses whether a patient has diabetes or not. We will do it in two ways: 1. using only scatterplot visualizations and 2. using one of the popular machine learning algorithms β logistic regression. In the end, I will compare the results. It turned out data visualization also has significant power to do classification.
