Getting a machine learning job in 2025 feels almost impossible… at least, if you don’t know what you are doing!

Nowadays, I somehow managed to be an AI researcher at one of the best AI startups in the world!

But to get there, I repeated the same common mistakes over and over until I learned that there are many “techniques” no one really speaks about!

So, in this blog post, I will share my six secret tips, which I hope will show you that in 2025, there are many different ways to get a job in ML.

Ask yourself this: How do you show your skill? How do you show that you can actually provide value to a project?
