OpenAI just released some new flavors of its GPT3 systems: The general-purpose davinci3 tested here, code-davinci2 specialized for code generation, and chatGPT specialized for chat-based interaction with it. The latter two are currently free to use as they are being tested.

Davinci3, instead, is ready for production, meaning you consume tokens to use it, and also that it will not change further.
