A new paper presents Spectroscape, a new method and web-based tool created to address the challenges in proteomics data management and exploration. Modern MS experiments for proteomics produce vast amounts of data, which is often stored in repositories associated with individual publications or projects and is hard to find, browse, share and reuse.
