The job market in 2025 is undergoing a fundamental shift, influenced heavily by the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). As AI technologies, particularly generative AI, become more integrated into workplace systems, their impact across industries and roles is becoming increasingly evident.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), AI will influence occupations in various ways between 2023 and 2033, depending on how easily core tasks can be automated or enhanced. While some roles face disruption, others are projected to grow significantly due to AI integration.

Computer-related roles are expected to see strong growth, not despite AI, but because of it. Rather than replacing these jobs, AI is increasingly being used as a tool to boost productivity in tasks like coding, testing, data management, and system maintenance. As a result:
