Your AI agent is not underpowered. Your day is unstructured. The ten-minute daily ritual that keeps an AI coding agent sharp, anchored, and worth the seat. Five of those minutes happen before you write a line of code, two happen after, and the rest of your workday runs in a loop. Master the bookends and the AI coding agent stops drifting.

After introducing why Claude Code often feels like a slot machine, the article argues the problem is workflow rhythm, not prompt cleverness.
