It all starts with a fantastic idea, a lot of ambitious dreams, a team that’s on board with buzzing energy, only to have everything fade away just months later. Essentially, low-energy, low-morale status meetings continue to pile on with deadlines. The business wants to complete several ambitious features because of the timeline. And the line comes when the progress feels slow, the code feels tangled, and there are just roadblocks we could not have foreseen.
