However, this isn’t just another chatbot. It’s being called the first “general AI agent,” and it’s currently in its Beta version (invitation only).
Not long after Deepseek was launched, China is already making its banger comeback.
But here’s a question: With AI evolving faster than ever, are we ready for a future where machines don’t just assist us, but make decisions for us?
Let’s see what Manus really is.
Manus, the name comes from the Latin word for “hand,” and is designed to be as handy as it sounds. It stands for the ability to handle multiple tasks all at once.

This was developed by a Chinese startup called Monica, Manus was launched in the “6th of March 2025” and has already been compared to big names like DeepSeek, OpenAI, Grok etc.
