In my previous article, I introduced the idea of a chatbot for on-call developers. It was a scrappy but promising concept: I experimented with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base, Bedrock Agents, and a Lambda function for CloudWatch integration.
Since then, I formed a team during an internal hackathon to bring this concept to life. The collaborative energy was electric, and our teamwork paid off when we won the People’s Choice award! 🏆
