What are the top programming languages used by Data Scientists and Machine Learning practitioners? Kaggle performs an annual Machine Learning & Data Science survey (Paul Mooney, 2022)(CC BY 4.0), with some interesting questions, one of which is: “What programming languages do you use on a regular basis?” I summarized the results of this particular question in the table below, and it turns out that over 32% of submissions selected Python, followed by SQL, submitted by over 16% of responders.
