Navigating GenAI implementation in corporate environments
Generative AI needs no introduction anymore. Within the first year of its debut, GenAI is exploding. One-third of Mckinsey Global Survey respondents report regular use of Gen AI tools in at least one business function, and nearly one-quarter of C-suite executives personally use Gen AI tools for work.
It is undeniably a significant breakthrough that is changing the way we work. At its current rate, it will result in massive corporate investments. Large-scale reskilling and recruitment, workforce reductions, and the need for adequate equipment.
The path to a properly equipped corporation is the primary focus of this post.

How can a company build up a GenAI tool that provides accurate information and insights while integrating the context and specificities of the company and assuring a high level of security while remaining cost-effective?
So far, a few large tech companies, namely Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, have provided GenAI capabilities for corporations. They have been the forerunners of this new disruptive technology for a few months.
