It finally happened. Elon Musk’s AI company, xAI, just dropped Grok 4 — and it’s no boring upgrade. It’s faster, sharper, and now baked into Tesla dashboards. You can ask it for directions and relationship advice — in the same breath.

Grok 4 represents a significant leap in AI integration within consumer technology, now simultaneously operating within Tesla vehicles and addressing U.S. military needs. While it enhances convenience for drivers with capabilities like route planning and casual conversation, its rapid deployment into sensitive government areas raises concerns about its reliability and ethical implications, considering past issues with AI output. Critics argue that while Grok might streamline tasks in our everyday lives, its suitability for high-stakes applications remains questionable until it demonstrates a higher standard of trust and accountability.
