The first clue is… ask yourself: Want the job? How much?

TLDR: If you’re not sure how much time to spend preparing for an interview, then you should ask yourself, “how much do I want the job.” If you really want the job, give it at least 30min and keep in mind an hour (or a touch more) isn’t unreasonable.

A question, more of a complaint I see, from candidates and job seekers is that job searching takes time. It takes so much time. And yes, I don’t disagree. But, budgeting time can be easier with some strategic thought.
