After working 3 years as a data scientist, I wanted to list all the valuable resources I have used along my journey. I hope you find equal value in them!

As there are quite a few, I am going to break them down into the following categories:

Python is the primary scripting language for data science. Even though there are many courses and books, the best teacher is consistent practise. So, the resources below will help you start your journey, but creating and building projects is how you will really learn Python.

Anyway, my main suggestions are:

Learn Python — Full Course for Beginners [Tutorial] — The first course I took on Python that quickly started my journey. It’s only 4 hours long, so you can literally do it in half a day.Python for Everybody Specialization — This is probably the most recommended course out there, and for good reason.
