First of all, I am not a programmer but I can write and understand English to the extent I can do things I need.
So, I was in need of a character counter because I am a content creator.
Therefore, like everyone else, I Googled “character counter,” and there were a bunch of results (useful too).
But all of those results were created with a business mindset and there were ads popping up here and there and I don’t like that.
Plus most of the interfaces weren’t simple at least for me.
One of my friends who is into marketing also uses character counters so I discussed with him if we can create a simple one for us and maybe if we can get traffic so it can be monetized. What do you think?
He said; Yes, go ahead. If nobody uses it I am going to use it for sure.
Both of us are still using it and we didn’t get much traffic because we don’t have time to promote it.
