A natural reaction can be to use ChatGPT or another system to write for you. Many texts definitely got better this way. But it also has serious drawbacks.
Good is becoming the new mediocre.
Google learns to recognize and lower the ranking of AI-written texts.
And the AI degrades its own quality over time as the AI is trained more and more on AI-written texts. An experiment published in Nature reveals the potential pitfalls of βcircular reasoningβ in AI training.
