When optimism about the technology runs high! The hype-train!

The period from 1956–1974 could be considered the golden years (theoretical) of artificial intelligence (AI) research. During this time, researchers were optimistic about the potential of AI to solve complex problems and create intelligent machines that could match or even surpass human intelligence (let the hype train choo-choo!). Let’s enjoy the journey into the early enthusiasm surrounding AI during this time and highlight significant advancements, including the development of the first chatbots and humanoid robots.
