Data as a service refers to a service model in which data is managed, accessed, and delivered using a platform, which may be offered by a third-party provider or already exist as an internal platform that is used within an organization.
In the data as a service model, data is stored in a central location and can be accessed by authorized users through a web-based interface [1]. Data may be structured or unstructured and may be sourced from internal or external sources.
